After Hours Driver Manager-IN

C.R. England, global transportation solutions provider, is interested in hiring Driver Managers to grow its asset-based business.

The Driver Manager is responsible to productively manage the company’s equipment i.e. Tractors and Trailers while managing and supervising all drivers in their fleet. They are responsible to assure the highest quality of Customer Service and Fleet Profitability. After-Hours is responsible for and manages each driver in the fleets and operations facets that determine the fleet's success.

Duties Include:

• Productively manage the company's Tractors and Trailers in their fleets
• Increase/monitor on-time delivery service to customers
• Supervise all drivers in their fleet

The ideal candidate is a professional with excellent communication, management, coaching, leadership and organization skills.

This job is highly demanding and requires patience and professionalism. Experience in the transportation industry is preferred. Knowledge of AS400 IT systems,

Microsoft Office and related tools are all preferred.

A four year degree is preferred.
