WorldStrides in-house Creative Studio seeks an experienced "Creative Director, Content" to lead and deliver multi-channel creative to raise brand awareness, unlock audience engagement, and drive revenue. Ultimately, crafting content that resonates with target audiences. The "Creative Director, Content" is a creative problem solver who excels at 'messaging for impact.' You are a natural leader, master of your craft, quick on your feet, and laser-focused on results-oriented outcomes. This is a 'working manager' leadership role with assigned direct reports. You'll develop and execute your own deliverables while also providing guidance and mentorship to others. From ideation-to-creation, we want someone who can take an idea all the way from inception to presentation, delivery, and beyond. This leadership position will be an integral part of the in-house Creative Studio reporting directly to the Executive Creative Director. This role can be fully remote (but working east coast hours) or based in one of offices in Charlottesville, VA, Vienna, VA, Austin, TX, Boston, MA, or NY, NY.
