Job Description

K.S.A.'s:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of project management experience.
  • Experience managing programs, events and working with learning management system(s) preferred.
  • Previous experience working with learning, authoring and publishing tools.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe.
  • Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage priorities of multiple team members.
  • Previous experience with technology implementations and helpdesk desired.
  • Must be comfortable learning new technologies, problem solving with peers and/or teaching others.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to listen, process information and respond effectively in meetings with multiple customers.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

Job Duties:

  • Oversee and support delivery of in-person and virtual instructor-led onboarding, orientation, and/or education programs for specific staff groups.
  • Partner with leadership, clinical development partners, peers, and/or third-party vendors on the instructional design of education programs.
  • Manage vendor relationships, maintaining contracts with learning content providers and schools (where applicable).
  • Manage all program and event logistics (Ex: schedules, enrollments, communications, trainings, materials, evaluations, grading, etc.).
  • Plan and execute stakeholder engagement strategies for all programs.
  • Support ongoing education requirements where applicable (Ex: clinical hours, certifications/ licensing renewal, etc.).
  • Act as a key point of contact for program participants, connecting them with other internal or external partners as needed.
  • Provide technological support to end users and collaborate with others to solve issues as needed.
  • Leverage data to recommend and implement continuous program improvements.
  • Conduct detailed and ongoing cost analysis of delivering programs.
  • Ensure records /compliance requirements are met.
  • Track expenses, prepare invoices, submit payments, and deposit cash and checks.
  • Manage procurement of equipment, catering, welcome gifts, etc.
