We are seeking a Senior Training Associate for the Work Dynamics One Finance Training & Product Support team. This role will partner with the Training Team Lead, Executive/Divisional Finance Directors, and Finance Deployment Team to provide training for new accounts, new system solutions, and best practice solutions. The Finance Manager will also assist in the development, testing, and implementation of new processes and systems enhancements. This role is VIRTUAL with travel required for periodic in-person training.
This role will align training for the Work Dynamics Finance organization with best practices, policies, and procedures to drive high-quality delivery of the Finance Platform in compliance with JLL Controllership/Corporate policies. The role's overarching responsibilities include: Provide Training team support including assessing training needs, developing training solutions, developing/implementing system enhancements, and streamlining procedures/processes
Create and update training materials to reflect current JLL best practices
Prepare and deliver live/recorded training sessions for new hires and as needed for current JLL employees
Subject matter expert of applicable JLL systems as they relate to Finance processes (i.e., E1 - IFM and PDS, Corrigo, PeopleSoft, Cognos, Tableau, Ariba, TM1, etc.)
What this job involves: Partner with account teams and the Work Dynamics One Finance Leadership Team to support and optimize all key Finance processes and objectives
Deliver best-in-class training and develop new training based on the needs of the Finance Platform/Service Line
Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to account teams, drive system best-in-class practices, and coordinate/lead account team enhancement requests
Implement best practices by providing advice and counsel to ensure JLL internal control processes and standards are functioning properly
Act as a liaison between Finance account teams and other JLL functions to provide support, including establishing communication paths with the appropriate support teams (i.e., Controllership/Corporate Finance, Client Accounting Services, Treasury Management, etc.)
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver changes needed to optimize and transform Finance processes
Address and resolve inquiries from Finance account teams to the Training team shared mailbox

4-6 years of relevant work experience
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical, Training & Communication, organizational, and time management skills required
Customer service orientation and strong presentation skills to internal and external customers required
Ability to work independently and manage teams to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners
Experience in writing training curriculum and experience in training preferred
Flexibility with working hours
