Job Summary:
  • The Secure Vault Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for receiving, storing, and preparing orders for pick-up, local delivery, and outbound shipments. Upholding our company's standards of efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction is paramount in this role.
Duties & Essential Job Functions:
  • Maintain accurate transaction records in real-time using SAP, Sage, and PMS systems.
  • Utilize computer systems proficiently to transmit data and support production activities.
  • Create reports as needed to facilitate departmental operations and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement inventory management procedures, including rack labeling and cycle counting.
  • Ensure proper packaging and labeling of products for safe storage and identification.
  • Attend daily production meetings and provide necessary information.
  • Establish a collaborative relationship with the Audit team to ensure PCI compliance.
  • Process items for destruction in a timely manner, adhering to security protocols.
  • Assist shipping and receiving operations to enhance teamwork and productivity.
  • Utilize scanner systems for accurate order processing and inventory management.
  • Fulfill orders accurately according to work orders, ensuring adherence to instructions.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely to transfer and move materials.
  • Verify accuracy of product identification and destination before shipping.
  • Foster effective communication with all departments to facilitate smooth transfer of products.
  • Report any damages or quality issues to the supervisor promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least one year of related experience in shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment roles.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
  • Intermediate computer skills using a PC Windows system.
  • Experience working with MRP/WMS systems and software.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, positive attitude with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with numerical sequencing skills.
  • Ability to work while standing for the majority of the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding and willingness to follow specific safety guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the plastic card industry.
  • Experience using FedEx Ship Manager and UPS shipping software.
  • Experience with RF Scanner technology.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Forklift certified.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
  • Requires sitting at a desk for 6-8 hours per day.
  • Requires visual acuity and manual dexterity for operating equipment.
  • Requires physical strength to move boxes and arrange them on shelves.
  • Warehouse and Shipping/Receiving environment.
