Join us as an Assembly Team Lead in our Hanover Park facility.

You will report to the Production Supervisor and lead your team for day-to-day production activities that include filter cartridge assembly.

More details about the opportunity:

• Track daily performance using process communication.
• Learn all stations in the Cartridge Filter assembly area and train new employees.
• Work with machines and tools for the assembly process and make sure employees are following procedures and safety guidelines.
• You must have basic math skills, ability to read and write basic English, and being Bi-lingual is a plus.
• You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for your entire shift, and lift 25 to 40 lbs. on a regular basis.
• You must be available for overtime on a regular basis.
• You must have prior experience in manufacturing assembly and be able to lead your team to keep up with production numbers.

Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!):

3rd shift: 10pm to 6am, Monday through Friday plus required overtime

Physical Requirements:

Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
