What you'll do

The mission of the Global GTM Enablement organization is to facilitate the highest quality delivery of tailored programs to the field and equip them with the right knowledge, skills and materials to perform their role at an elevated level. Reporting into the Global GTM Enablement organization, this person will provide outstanding training delivery of enablement programs to the sales, customer success, and support organizations.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Enablement Content.


Responsibility

  • Train regional audiences in the field on a variety of content, including but not limited to onboarding, customer journey methodology, skills, product, process, tools, and manager enablement
  • Support delivery of training across global time zones depending on program demand and trainer availability
  • Present and facilitate program content in an engaging, positive and impactful way using knowledge and skills grounded in current adult learn theory and models
  • Adapt facilitation style based on the audience role, tenure and capability, so that each learner has the most relevant and impactful experience
  • Research and use beneficial and collaborative learning technologies (Kahoot, Jamboard, Mentimeter etc.) in order to support the effective delivery of content in a live, hybrid or remote environment, enabling retention of knowledge by the learner
  • Attend the trainer orientation sessions regularly with the content development team and performance partners to understand the purpose and objectives of upcoming programs, and how best to facilitate the content so that it lands well with the intended audience
  • Provide useful feedback to the content development team on the impact of certain programs and make recommendations on content improvement opportunities
  • Partner closely with the Global Content, Delivery, and Learning Operations Teams in Enablement, to drive an integrated quarterly enablement plan aligned to Company OKRs
  • Use and create Facilitator Guides so that other trainers can deliver the same programs and so that consistency in delivery is applied across regions
  • Facilitate office hours either during or after a program to support and answer learners' questions
  • Take ownership of their own development and expect to be a regular contributor to best in class training and facilitation techniques, so that the entire global training function can evolve and continue to elevate the learner experience

What you bring

Basic

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of combined experience in an enablement function, and/or sales, customer success, or support experience
  • Proven experience in delivering skills and onboarding programs
  • Fully fluent in English

Preferred

  • Experience working with different types of people and supporting their end-to-end learning journey
  • Very strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to present and facilitate in front of a small or large remote, hybrid, or live audience, and for all audience levels - from entry level to senior leader
  • High level of emotional intelligence to adapt to a live audience and their different needs
  • Inherent desire to learn and grow into a world class trainer and facilitator
  • Calm under pressure and be adaptable eg. if technology or some other unforeseen situation occurs during live training
  • Confidence presenting through Zoom in a remote or hybrid environment
  • A qualification in adult learning theory or design
  • Practical experience with learning tool technologies, such as Jamboard, Kahoot, Mentimeter etc.

Wage Transparency

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $96,600.00 - $149,325.00 base salary

Illinois: $91,200.00 - $125,400.00 base salary

Washington: $91,200.00 - $132,900.00 base salary
