BCD Meetings & Events: Production Manager
Picture producing a big Hollywood movie - finding actors, scheduling shoots, booking travel, helping put together proposals for new scenes, managing files - that's kind of like what this role is.
The Production Manager plays a key role on the L37 team, working with the producers to support clients on their events, from a technical standpoint. The position is hands on, preparing and managing L37 equipment and working on events and broadcasts over 300 attendees. All while working closely with the Senior Production Manager and Director of Event Management, supporting their events as well.
This person is an organized, independent, detail-oriented, creative, and flexible team player who is willing to go the extra mile while maintaining work-life-balance. This position reports to the Senior Production Manager.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Production Manager is between $60,000 - $80,000 The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
