Description

Warehouse Equipment Manager will oversee the maintenance of the building, tools and equipment and provide diagnostic or minor repairs to any system to ensure they run properly. The successful candidate will possess moderate knowledge of building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, tool maintenance and troubleshooting tools.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct inspections and maintenance on hand tools to ensure the tools are operating properly while adhering to safety.
  2. Monitor tool inventory, provide diagnostic findings, and complete any minor repairs.
  3. Ensure the building is in compliance with all Federal and State codes and regulations.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on all tools and equipment.
  5. Inspect and diagnose any issues with medium duty trucks and forklifts.

Qualifications:

  1. 5-10 years of experience in building maintenance and tool/equipment management.
  2. Troubleshooting ability on hand and power tools
  3. Mechanically inclined
  4. Moderate knowledge of electricity, plumbing and HVAC
  5. Reliable transportation
  6. Familiar with tool inventory platforms
  7. Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform tasks associated with role.
