Description

We are looking for a Inventory Planner to support operational replenishment flows within the 3 distribution centers in the United States.

This position is located in Saint Louis, Missouri, United States with travel opportunities within US.

What will be your main missions ?

  • Ensure stock availability in each Distribution Centers in US to reach On Time In Full targets in respect of the scrap objectives.
  • Contribute to implementation and execution of the new distribution flows in the US.
  • Define and manage the service level agreements of your scope with the concerned parties, and Inventory Managers, including for launch and discontinuation of products. Ensure the consistency of planning data in the different Information Systems
  • Build and optimize the stock deployment plan (transportation mode, replenishment frequency...)
  • Execute the replenishment plan (interfacing with the US transport department, US DC stakeholders, US based inventory Managers) in compliance with internal procedures and international regulations, and track appropriate KPIs accordingly.
  • Participate the appropriate governance (i.e. Short Interval Meetings, project team meetings...)
  • Contribute to continuous improvements initiatives in collaboration with the internal/external departments to optimize our processes, inventory and costs.

Who are you ?

Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelors Degree

* 1 + years of professional experience in Supply Chain Planning

* Inventory Management and Logistics (internship professional experience included).

* Ability to communicate with cross functional environment.

* Excellent organizational skills, ability to plan ahead, open to continuous learning and improvement

* Demonstrated analytical skills, work with data to assess situations and take appropriate action.

* Skilled in IS tools : ERP experience, Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, etc.

Preferred Requirements:

* 2-5 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Planning

* SAP (ECC / APO)

* Planning and stock deployment tools (i.e OMP)

* BI Tools (Tableau)

* Experience in multicultural environment
