Advocate Aurora Medical Group is recruiting a full time experienced Advanced Practice Clinician to join the Gastroenterology team!
Position Requirements:

Evaluation of new and established GI patients
-
Patient education on treatment plan and preventative care
-
Inpatient and outpatient coverage
-
Covering Chicago clinic and hospitals in the South Region
Education/Certifications:
-
Masters of Nursing Degree as APRN/CNP
-
2 years RN experience preferred or 1 year APRN/CNP experience in the relevant setting preferred.

Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Proficiency with an Electronic Medical Record
-
National certification as a CNP from an accredited body
-
Current Illinois APRN License
-
Current Illinois Registered Nurse license.

Current Illinois Controlled Substance or License within 6 months of hire

Eligible for DEA registration or Possession of a current DEA Registration within six months of hire

Current BLS Certification

Current PALS/ACLS certification may vary based on practice site.
